Primary Responsibilities

  • Respond to all leads in accordance with Client SLA’s and insure compliance with department policy.
  • Enter all leads into CRM and move the leads through the appropriate CRM statuses.
  • Respond to incoming RI’s (reservation inquiries) phone calls, evaluate the customer needs and sell corporate housing and provide referrals for other ABODA services; furniture, retail furniture, cleaning services and property management.
  • Research housing options and provide quotes for temporary housing based on a potential guest needs using the CRM process.
  • Maintain positive relationships with ABODA’s suppliers
  • Follow up for acceptance of Reservation Agreements with guests/clients.
  • Track all new customer conversation and transactions through CRM
  • Review Global Audit Report daily to correct errors and advise on items in question.
  • Work with Supply Chain Manager to identify client trends and opportunities
  • Assist with RFI’s and RFP’s

Additional Responsibilities

  • Provide weekly and monthly updates to your manager as requested.
  • Maintain and build strong client relationships
  • Maintain organized clean work environment
  • Working occasional weekends and evenings and holidays may be necessary during the busy season and at other times throughout the year.
  • Attend and participate in scheduled meetings

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous inside sales experience desired
  • Must be organized, self-motivated, detail oriented person who can work in a fast paced environment and multitask
  • Must possess strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Must have excellent customer service and telephone skills
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills and value teamwork.

Education, Training and Certification

  • General knowledge of MS Windows, Office and Outlook desired
