Primary Responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming calls and transfer to appropriate person.
  • Processes reservation inquiries by evaluating customer needs and providing quotes in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for guest paperwork (welcome packets).
  • Provide clerical support to other departments.
  • Responsible for working with maintenance software and recording work orders.
  • Prior administrative and clerical experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, and a friendly phone demeanor.
  • Outgoing personality/ can get along with all types of people.
