Primary Responsibilities

  • Input guest and client data into CRM in real time – back up to Housing Consultant
  • Enter reservation requests into CRM in real time – back up to Housing Consultant
  • Perform scheduled guest follow up calls and emails
  • Schedule all tasks in Oscar to the appropriate departments in a timely manner
  • Email guest confirmation letters
  • Handle guest issues and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Send all guest communication; i.e. Confirmation letter, Welcome letter, Mid-stay letter etc…
  • Handle extension requests/date changes with provider/hotel (verify if rate changes)
  • Answer Client Services phones
  • Back up Travel Desk with research and booking hotels reservations, rimary back Up to Domestic Sales Consultant

  • •Maintain organized clean work environment
  • Due to the seasonal/cyclical nature of our business, employees are asked from time to time to help out in other departments and work overtime during various times throughout the year.
  • Attend and participate in scheduled meetings

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications

  • Must be organized, self-motivated, and have the ability to multitask and be a detail oriented person who can work in a fast paced environment
  • Minimum typing fluency of 50 wpm
  • Must posses strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Must have outstanding customer service and telephone skills
  • Must posses strong teamwork values

Education, Training and Certification

  • General knowledge of MS Windows, Office and Outlook required
