Corporate housing firm relocates itself, now occupies 86,000 square feet
Seattle, WA – October 20, 2015 – ABODA, Seattle’s top corporate housing firm and one of the industry’s largest, announced it has consolidated its operations from several buildings in Redmond to a sole headquarters in Woodinville, WA.
Launched in 1988, ABODA is an employee-owned company that offers global housing management services to some of the biggest brands in the world, as well as related services, including carpet cleaning, property management and furnishings services to residential and commercial customers in the Greater Seattle Area.
Formerly headquartered in Redmond, Washington with business operations dispersed in separate buildings, ABODA previously occupied a total of 39,000 square feet of office and warehouse space. Its rapid growth, combined with the business efficiencies and corporate culture advantages of consolidating its workforce under a single roof, drove ABODA to relocate its headquarters to Woodinville, Washington. ABODA now occupies a total of 86,000 square feet of office and warehouse space, more than double the total of its previous locations.
