Primary Responsibilities

  • Night shift supervision (managing all night staff) staffing, ops, client services, facilities)
  • Manage guest/client escalations per the policy and escalate internally as appropriate
  • Provide daily re-cap of the previous night to the Operations and Client Services Managers and facilitate smooth shift transition.
  • Monitor and develop team member performance to include, but not limited to providing supervision, scheduling, conduct counseling and evaluations and delivering recognition and rewards coordinating with department manager.
  • Monitor and create systems for operational efficiencies
  • Monitor and assess service satisfaction trends and make recommendations as appropriate
  • Perform meet and greets for VIP guests/clients
  • Provide backup assistance to Night Auditor, Access Support, Laundry and Field Associates as needed
  • Train new employees across all roles.

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications

  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and multi task
  • Possess good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Prior management skills required
  • Prior customer service experience required
  • Computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook, typing 50 WPM
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. required
  • General knowledge of the greater Seattle area preferred
  • Must possess a valid driver license with a clean driving record and be able to pass a background check
