Primary Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the general research and coordination of marketing efforts including but not limited to lead generation campaigns, industry events, award submissions, and advertising under the direction of the Director of Marketing.
  • Maintaining and updating library of collateral materials and marketing information for use by all divisions, including assisting with library content management, presentation updates, form management, stock photography organization.
  • Providing support in the research, development, and planning of industry and corporate events, tradeshows, and sponsorships in collaboration with Director of Marketing.
  • Analyzing marketing programs and provide ROI updates and scorecards.
  • Generating content for social media platforms and other marketing channels as needed.
  • Ensuring marketing communications are coordinated, support marketing plan objectives and meet organizational requirements per annual business plans and marketing calendar.
  • Managing brand integrity, to include signage, print and electronic collateral, sales collateral, clothing, etc., including creating, sourcing and managing logo giveaways under the direction of the Director of Marketing.

  • Highly motivated with the ability to learn quickly and the desire to exceed expectations.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills. Ability to set and manage tight deadlines with internal and external partners.
  • Ability to multi-task and support multiple leaders at various levels of the organization.
  • Experience in drafting compelling and creative marketing copy, and collaborating with design and social media teams to support campaign deliverables.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Excel, Adobe, Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft PowerPoint. Previous Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal, grammatical, proofreading and written communications skills.

Education, Training and Certification

  • A four year degree in Marketing, preferred.
  • Two to four years related experience and/or training.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
