Primary Responsibilities

  • Prepare key packets for corporate housing guests.
  • Process key returns.
  • Prepare key tags and cut copies of keys.
  • Manage key inventory for corporate housing units -Securing and scheduling pickup of replacement keys/access items through Leasing department. -Preparing all keys/access items for unit close-outs, and coordination with Wholesale Companies and Properties. -Following up on missing items through Client Services and Key Pickup Locations. -Sign out keys to various employees, and signing in once returned.
  • Manage garage parking for select properties. -Book spaces and manage on a daily basis. -Daily communication with Client Services regarding waiting list and occupied spaces. -Coordinate delivery/pickup of parking items.
  • Print schedules and pull keys/access items for internal staff. -Signing out correct keys/access items, and signing in once returned. -Follow up with each department on unreturned items. -Keeping up with schedule changes throughout the day by coordinating with other departments. -Ensuring vendor keys are correctly pulled and placed in lockers each morning.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Maintain clean work area.
  • Phone coverage.
  • Communicate with weekend Access Support Specialist to ensure smooth transitions between weekends and weekdays.
  • Dispatch coverage.
  • Act as a back up to Field Associates.

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous administrative experience desired.
  • Computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook, typing 50 WPM.
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team setting required.
  • Eye for detail mandatory.
  • Must have ability to perform tasks independently with minimal supervision.
  • Possess the sense of urgency to complete the task quickly yet efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
  • Must be flexible.
  • Must be dependable.
  • Must be ethical.

Education, Training and Certification

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Good driving record.
