Work Schedule: Tuesday - Friday, 9:30am-6:30pm & Saturday 9:00am-5:30pm

Primary Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly sales goals through the sale of new and used furniture
  • Assist customers with rental furniture and complete all rental furniture paperwork through Oscar
  • Update advertising through Craig’s List and window painting
  • Assist in other marketing campaigns
  • Assist in ABODA Furnishings furniture restock
  • Merchandise and price and touch up used furniture
  • Complete daily cash procedures and reporting paperwork

Additional Responsibilities

  • Maintain clean work environment
  • Attend appropriate meetings
  • Due to the seasonal/cyclical nature of out business, employees are asked from time to time to help out in other departments at various times throughout the year

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience required
  • Good customer service skills required
  • Prior furniture experience desired

Education, Training and Certification

  • General knowledge of MS Windows, Office and Outlook desired
